Big Data Developer with Java / Python / Scala and NoSQL (2 - 6 Years)

Experience: 2 – 6 years of experience

Roles and Responsibility:

• Develop new components of the big data platform
• Work closely with Product Management and Data Scientist teams to define and refine the big data platform, while achieving company product and business objectives
• Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop cross-function technology stack interactions
• Research and experiment with emerging technologies and tools related to big data
• Contribute to the big data open source ecosystem
• Ability to move between modules / technologies

Skills Required:

• Background of object-oriented software development methodologies and practices
• Expertise in Java Development
• Experience on Big Data projects or Web Application Development will be an added advantage
• Polyglot programmer
