Role Overview
The Marketing Manager – Offline Marketing will be responsible for driving brand visibility, community engagement, and sales growth through events, experiential marketing, dealer activations, partnerships, and trade marketing initiatives. The role will focus entirely on offline channels and building strong relationships within the motorcycle community.
Key Responsibilities- Events and Experiential Marketing
- Plan and execute participation in motorcycle events, rallies, track days, exhibitions, and lifestyle expos such as India Bike Week and Rider Mania.
- Organize brand launches, demo rides, product showcases, and rider engagement programs.
- Develop experiential campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event analysis.
- Community Engagement s Rider Programs
- Build relationships with riding communities, clubs, and associations across India.
- Conceptualize and execute community rides, workshops, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Develop programs that strengthen brand loyalty and increase customer retention.
- Dealer's Trade Marketing
- Develop dealer marketing programs to improve product visibility and sell-through.
- Create and manage POS materials, branding assets, merchandising guidelines, and trade collateral.
- Support dealers with local activations and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product training sessions and dealer engagement programs.
- Brand Partnerships s Co-Marketing
- Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with partner brands.
- Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs and ensure effective utilization of partner budgets.
- Coordinate joint promotions, launches, and experiential campaigns with international brand partners.
- Experience Centre Marketing
- Increase footfall at the Bangalore Experience Centre through events and activation programs.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that strengthen the premium positioning of the brand.
- Marketing Planning and Budget Management
- Develop annual offline marketing plans and quarterly activation calendars.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns and events.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
- 8–12 years of experience in offline marketing, events, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand activations.
- Experience in automotive, motorcycle, lifestyle, outdoor, sports, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events and community engagement programs.
- Strong event management and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in dealer marketing and channel activations.
- Strong project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
- Passion for motorcycles and riding culture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Creative, highly organized, and execution-focused.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance, with up to 30% hike on current CTC).
