Senior Sales Manager - Switchgear & Automation Sales

Sone India, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our Switchgear & Automation sales division. This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing and growing a high-performing sales team, and overseeing the entire sales cycle to achieve ambitious multi-MINR sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
• Manage and grow a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective pipeline management and forecasting.
• Track sales metrics (KPIs), analyze performance data, and report to management with actionable insights.
• Negotiate and close high-value orders, ensuring mutual value for both clients and the company.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and emerging markets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/Diploma/ITI graduate.

Skills & Requirements:

• 7-10 years experience in Field Sales.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Switchgear, Automation and other electrical equipment ge.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-MINR sales targets.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, value-based solutions, and long sales cycles.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, team supervision, and events.
