Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Walk in interview drive on 8-9th Jan 2025 from 1-2pm.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via email and chat support
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate or HSC Pass
• Experience: Min 1yr of exp in Customer service experience preferred

Skills:

• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts
• Comfortable with 2 rotational week-offs
• Ready to work from Thane location

Work Schedule:

• Shift: UK Rotational Shifts
• Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
