What you'll do:

The Senior Business Analyst will take ownership of delivering actionable recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency.

• Strategic Analysis & Insights: Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Project Leadership: Manage and drive business analysis initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead efforts to implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed business cases, reports, and documentation to support decision-making and project execution.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
