Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations based on client requirements.
Prepare mood boards, space planning, material selections, and detailed design drawings.
Create and review 2D/3D designs, renderings, and technical drawings.
Lead client meetings, understand project requirements, and provide design recommendations.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits, supervise installations, and ensure design quality and project standards are maintained.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Review project specifications, BOQs, and material procurement requirements.
Mentor and guide junior designers and provide technical support when required.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle client interactions and manage project timelines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in luxury residential, retail fit-out projects.
Knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.
Experience in team leadership and project coordination.
