Role Definition
Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services for MWL machines
Responsibilities- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
- Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
- Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
- Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
- Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
Degree Requirement : Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Engineering
