Job Description- Drive regional sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets for the Buildstar Project
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including builders, contractors, and distributors
- Build strong architect connect to influence specifications and project opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy
- Manage channel partners and ensure effective distribution and availability of products
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and supply chain
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular updates to leadership
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
