Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for commercial units to achieve revenue goals.Lead Generation & Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients and new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and lead complex negotiations with key clients to close deals successfully.Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and sales closures.
Market & Product Insight: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and provide valuable feedback on market trends and customer needs to management.
Mentorship & Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, helping them develop their skills and meet their sales targets.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Create accurate sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insightful analysis to higher management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
