Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Creative Designer who can conceptualize and produce engaging video creatives and static visuals for our digital platforms, campaigns, and in-clinic displays. This role requires strong storytelling ability, hands-on motion design skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital ads, YouTube, clinic screens, and internal promotions.
• Create animated explainer videos, doctor videos, surgery procedure highlights, testimonials, and awareness campaigns.
• Develop engaging static creatives for social media, digital ads, and clinic branding needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visuals.
• Handle end-to-end video production: ideation, scripting (if needed), editing, animation, transitions, and sound syncing.
• Repurpose video content into reels, shorts, teasers, etc.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives.
• Bring innovative design and motion ideas to elevate the brands visual communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field.
• 5 years+ of relevant experience in graphic and video designing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of tools like Final Cut Pro, Canva, Figma, or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of motion design, transitions, and storytelling.
• Experience working in a healthcare or service-based brand is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, creative thinker, and strong attention to detail.
