Sales Director
Job Description
As Sales Director, Enterprise Sales, you
will lead our enterprise sales strategy in India, owning the full sales cycle
for high-value deals with insurance companies. Reporting to the Head of Sales
India & Middle East, you'll build relationships with C-suite executives,demonstrate the ROI of our AI ready platforms, and close multimillion-dollar
contracts to fuel insureMO's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute enterprise sales
strategies targeting large insurance firms, achieving quarterly and annual
revenue targets- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from
prospecting and demos to negotiations, RFPs, and contract closures with high
value insurance companies- Build and nurture executive relationships
with insurers CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs to position insureMO's AI solutions and
other cutting edge solutions as mission-critical.- Collaborate with product, marketing, and
customer success teams to customize pitches and ensure seamless deal
handoffs.- Analyze market trends in insurtech,
forecast pipeline health, and provide insights to refine our go-to-market
approach.
Qualifications- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience
in SaaS, AI, or insurtech, with a proven track record of selling AI platforms
and solutions directly to insurance companies (e.g., closing deals with
carriers like AXA, Allianz, or regional players).- Demonstrable success in landing 7-figure
- Deep understanding of insurance industry
challenges (e.g., underwriting, claims automation, regulatory compliance) and
how AI drives value.- Strong technical aptitude to articulate
- Bachelor's degree in Business,
- Experience in Indian market is a must
