• Ensure compliance with the company's financial and fiscal policies, and provide leadership and coordination across business planning, financial performance, accounting, and budgeting.
• All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement best practices to make the Company's financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective.
• Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards; and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns, and filings are up to date and compliant.
• Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS. To lead the SOP to build weekly visibility into the P&L and cashflow of the company.
• Help the organisation in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds, and due diligence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

• 5-7 years in finance roles withing D2C/FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in reconciliations and sales processes, with the ability to identify early indicators of financial or operational risks.
• CA/MBA in finance
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners.
