QA Engineer establish the role of Lead in Quality Job Description Experience/: 0 to 3 yrs Salary/: Based on Company Norms Education/: Diploma/BE in ECE Location/: In And Around Chennai Your Duties/: QMS Development & Maintenance/: Oversee the Quality Management System's /(QMS/) implementation and maintenance, making sure it complies with global standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
Process Auditing/: To find deviations from standard operating procedures /(SOPs/) and verify compliance with "Control Plans," conduct routine internal audits of industrial processes. Ensure that quality is "designed/-in" from the prototyping phase to mass production by spearheading the Advanced Product Quality Planning /(APQP/) process for new product introductions.
Risk Mitigation /(FMEA/)/: To proactively identify possible process failures and put in place high/-detection mechanisms, facilitate and update Failure Mode and Effects Analysis papers. Document Control/: Ensure that only the most recent versions of technical specifications, work instructions, and quality records are used on the shop floor by overseeing their approval, dissemination, and archiving.
