Job Title: International Procurement Executive (IMPEX)Company: Greenwich Packaging Ltd Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.Job Overview We are seeking an experienced International Procurement Executive to support global sourcing and procurement operations for a UK-based packaging company.
The role involves supplier coordination, cost optimization, import-export management, and ensuring timely delivery of materials from international markets. Key Responsibilities ● Source and manage suppliers across China, Turkey, and India. ● Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
● Handle end-to-end procurement activities from RFQ to delivery. ● Coordinate import-export documentation and logistics. ● Track shipments and resolve supply chain issues. ● Ensure compliance with quality standards and procurement policies. ● Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and cost analysis.
Requirements ● Fresher to 2 years of experience in International Procurement, Sourcing, or IMPEX. ● Basic knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and import-export processes. ● Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.● Experience coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.● Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Preferred ● Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
● Exposure to UK/EU markets and sustainable packaging solutions.
