Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Merchandising Manager role focused on Production and E-Commerce Operations, based in Bengaluru. The individual will assist in production scheduling, overseeing inventory levels, managing product assortment, and supporting sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Additionally, the role entails liaising with the customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient e-commerce operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Basic Sales and Assortment planning skills to support merchandising efforts and drive product success.
  • Experience in Inventory Management to maintain stock levels and coordinate with production teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Tech/Merchandising, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
