2nd Brain Labs is an early-stage B2B AI startup building its flagship product Synapse - the Enterprise Context Engine. It is the infrastructure layer that connects AI agents to every enterprise system, document, and workflow. We are in active engagement with Big 5 global automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with a working product already shipping.We are a small, high-conviction team moving fast. Every hire shapes the company's DNA.
The Role
This is not a production-line design job. One week you may be animating a product explainer. The next, you are designing the governance console for enterprise users. You need to be genuinely comfortable with that range.
You will own the visual and UX layer of Synapse - from how the product looks to how the world understands what it does. You report directly to the founder and CEO and will be the sole designer in the early stage. You will work alongside the product engineering team based in Hyderabad.
What You Will Work On- Product demo video: Design and animate a motion graphics explainer video for Synapse's product launch. This is the first major deliverable.
- UX design for the Synapse console: Design the management and governance dashboard UI as we expand from MCP server generation into RAG pipelines and Skills (domain expertise workflows).
- Marketing design: Landing pages, product illustrations, pitch deck visuals, and one-pagers that communicate complex enterprise AI concepts simply and credibly.
- LinkedIn content creation: Occasionally support founder-led LinkedIn presence with visual posts, carousels, and content that builds Synapse's brand in the enterprise AI space.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX design, motion graphics, or a strong combination of both.
- Demonstrable motion graphics and explainer animation work - show us something you made from scratch.
- Solid UX design fundamentals - information architecture, interaction design, enterprise-grade dashboards.
- Comfort working in a startup environment where priorities shift weekly and your scope is wide.
- Genuine passion for the craft - you follow designers, study visual systems, and care about the details nobody asked you to care about.
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively without hand-holding.
- B2B or SaaS product experience is a strong plus - enterprise software has its own visual language.
- Figma - product and marketing design
- After Effects or equivalent - motion graphics and animation
- Illustrator or similar - vector and illustration work
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus
- A role for someone who needs detailed briefs for every task
