Summary
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Strong understanding of application integration and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
