We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Integration technologies supported in Colgate.
Key responsibilities include design, develop and implement middleware integration solutions like webMethods, SAP PI/PO interfaces, CPI I-flows and API integration based on business requirements. To collaborate with business teams / functional teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
Candidate should have the ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design. The candidate should be comfortable in playing a project lead role towards the evolution of technology deployments across the global footprint.

This position is for an Individual contributor who would be responsible for the following-- Understand and apply best practices and development standards to daily support and project implementation activities in middleware solutions.
- Applying conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to tackle highly sophisticated business processes and procedural problems.
- Manage and/or perform the design, build and testing of business applications and its architecture in line with agreed time frames, business requirements and global standards
- Maintain production systems reliability through accurate utilization of IT standards and governance processes
- Support day to day business requirements according to global SLA. Regular middleware monitoring and reprocessing of failure instances, to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure the accurate use of information technology project management methodology to follow governance practices
- Review program codes and suggest correction in case of any errors and develop scalable solution in B2B Integration segment
- Conduct performance tuning to improve system performance over multiple business processes
- You should be able to understand the business problems and connect it with our IT capabilities to develop a solution for the same.
- You should be able to understand the different integration points and should be able to provide the most feasible and scalable solution to our business issues.
- Collaborate with the business team & functional team, develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation of project.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancement. Adapt to these changes by self- training and research work and evaluate how / where it can make valuable contributions to the business
- Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in Middleware Integration
- Hands-on experience in Designing and Development of any Middleware Solutions.
- Good experience in Support and resolving Integration Issues.
- Hands on experience in developing end to end for A2A, B2B, SOAP, API based integrations.
- Experience on implementing solutions using publish/subscribe and request/response model
- Experience to develop flow services for processing EDI data, flat files, XML formats.
- Experience on Mapping Service, Java Service and Adapter Service
- Experience in using technology adapters like JDBC, JMS , SAP etc.
- Good Communication and Documentation Skills
- Prepare Mapping Specification and Integration Design document.
- Work with Business for Unit testing and build test cases.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically.
- Ability to identify the root cause and fix the problem root cause.
- Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
- Experience on SAP CPI, SAP PI, BTP Integration Solutions
- B2B end-to-end Integration experience 3PL Implementation experience
