We are seeking a motivated Executive - Training to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of training programs that enhance employee performance and growth. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assess training needs and create training materials and content.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of training methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
