About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition and hiring operations at CSK Technologies. You'll work closely with the Founder and the HR team to source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and keep our hiring pipeline moving — for both internal roles and ongoing recruitment drives.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role for early-career candidates who want real exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving digital company. You won't just observe — you'll actively source, screen, and coordinate. You'll also use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day to draft job descriptions, write outreach messages, and speed up screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and shortlist candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and upcoming roles.
• Post job openings across platforms and social media.

• Review and screen incoming resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial qualification calls to assess fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the team.

• Keep the applicant tracker / hiring sheet clean and up to date.
• Follow up with candidates at every stage and share timely updates.
• Maintain organized records of CVs, notes, and interview feedback.

• Help with recruitment posts, captions, and briefs for hiring creatives.
• Support a smooth candidate experience and prompt communication.

• Use Claude and ChatGPT to draft job descriptions, outreach messages, and screening questions.
• Use AI to speed up research, shortlisting, and documentation under guidance.

• Students in their final year or recent graduates (any discipline; HR / BBA / MBA a plus).
• Available to work on-site in Noida Sector 62 for the full internship duration.
• Can commit to a minimum of 3 months, full-time.
• No prior experience required — just strong communication and a willingness to learn.

• Confident communication in English and Hindi, written and spoken.
• Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates.
• Good organizational skills and reliable follow-up habits.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Docs.
• Basic familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI chatbot.

• Any prior recruitment, HR, or coordination experience.
• Familiarity with Naukri, Internshala, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Genuine interest in people, talent, and team building.

• End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• How to write effective JDs and candidate outreach using AI tools.
• Professional communication, coordination, and stakeholder skills.
• How hiring really works inside a growing digital company.
• Modern recruitment tools and workflows (trackers, ATS, job portals).

Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Opportunity

High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time HR / Talent Acquisition role at CSK Technologies on successful completion of the internship — with a clear growth path into HR and People Operations.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Duration: 3 to 6 Months
• Certificate: Internship completion certificate provided.
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives during the internship.
