Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage daily customer interactions, ensure high satisfaction levels, and support business growth through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer interactions via calls, emails, and messages to provide accurate information and resolve queries
- Plan and execute customer communication campaigns (Email/WhatsApp) for promotions, product launches, and offers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer databases from e-commerce platforms and sales records
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products, processes, and policies
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Track customer feedback and identify recurring issues to improve service delivery
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer handling practices
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, Business Analytics, or related field preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (internships included)
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or client servicing is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
