We Are Hiring: Ground Instructor & Student Counselor (CPL Holders)
We are seeking qualified and motivated Commercial Pilot License (CPL) holders to join our team as Ground Instructors and Student Counselors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to pilot training and student development within a professional aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ground training sessions in accordance with the DGCA syllabus
- Provide academic support and mentorship to student pilots
- Counsel prospective and current students on aviation career pathways
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of aviation subjects and regulations
- Prior teaching or counseling experience is an advantage
