Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard agents.
- Train and motivate the agency team.
- Drive sales and achieve targets.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor agent performance and productivity.
- Build strong customer and agent relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Expand the agency network in the assigned area.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in any industry.
- 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
- Telephonic interview
