- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative recommendations.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their professional development.
- Maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and API management.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
