Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Experience with integration technologies and middleware platforms related to SAP environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with cloud-based integration services and API management.
Ability to work with monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to maintain system health.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
