Role Overview

The Manager – Growth & Partnerships will be responsible for driving revenue growth and

strategic partnerships across the High Jewellery category. The role will primarily focus on

expanding the jewellery portfolio across the West & South regions of India, with a key focus

on markets such as Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Surat, among others. The role

involves ideating, selling, negotiating, and delivering fully integrated programs across print,

branded content, digital, events, and IP exhibitions for CNI.

This position will be responsible for generating revenue from clients across the

aforementioned category through both pure media buying across print and digital platforms,
as well as solution-based selling focused on branded content, digital, events, exhibitions,

and building the high jewellery category further.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships within the luxury and jewellery

ecosystem, a solution-oriented sales mindset, and experience working with founder-led and

domestic luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Development
  • Drive revenue generation for the High Jewellery category through print, digital, branded content, events, and exhibition-led solutions.
  • Identify and onboard new clients while growing existing partnerships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with jewellery brands, founders, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Understand client objectives and create integrated, solution-led proposals tailored to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Editorial, Events, CNCC, and Marketing for seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
  • Support the development of new revenue opportunities, special projects, and category-led initiatives.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and key industry movements within the luxury and jewellery ecosystem.
Industry & Market Development
  • Develop a strong understanding of the luxury jewellery landscape across India.
  • Explore opportunities around key fashion weeks, exhibitions, trunk shows, and luxury events.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of emerging jewellery brands, and category trends.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth execution and delivery of committed partnership solutions and campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership on revenue planning, forecasting, and category growth strategies.
