Job Summary:

Your expertise in Splunk SIEM and security best practices will guide your team in providing effective solutions for security-related challenges, ensuring project delivery aligns with quality standards and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as a recognized expert in security services, particularly in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with and manage the project team, making key decisions to drive successful project outcomes. Ensure the team is aligned with the project's objectives and timelines.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to provide solutions to security-related issues across functions, ensuring that the best possible security outcomes are achieved.
• Project Implementation & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, ensuring the successful deployment of security solutions.
• Global Delivery Management: Leverage global delivery methods, tools, and assets to ensure efficient project execution, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Quality & Timeliness: Ensure adherence to defined project timelines, scope, and quality standards, managing risks and resolving challenges as they arise.
• Security Solutions: Provide innovative solutions for security challenges, ensuring a robust defense against cyber threats and compliance with industry standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices.
• Experience implementing security solutions in complex environments.
• Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and security data analysis.
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Security Risk Assessment.
• Familiarity with other security tools and platforms.
• Additional Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address security issues and challenges.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing and delivering Security Services projects, with a focus on Splunk SIEM.
• Previous experience in security risk assessments, threat detection, and incident response.
• Solid track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale security projects.
