Role Overview

MIDASX, powered by Vijya Fintech, is building India's finest cloud-based, fully integrated multi-asset wealth management platform. We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Manager for our Private Client Group to advise and grow relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients and family offices.

As a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you will architect bespoke, goal-aligned investment solutions across asset classes, steward client portfolios with discretion, and grow assets under management and long-term relationship value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise UHNI clients and family offices on bespoke, goal-based wealth strategies aligned to their objectives and risk profile.
  • Expand the practice by acquiring marquee relationships through referrals, professional networks and existing clients, growing assets under management.
  • Maintain proactive, structured engagement with clients and prospects, keeping them informed with timely market and portfolio insights.
  • Lead periodic portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing in line with evolving goals and market conditions.
  • Deepen wallet share through suitable cross-asset solutions, keeping clients abreast of primary and secondary market opportunities.
  • Deliver curated research, product insights and thought leadership in coordination with the investment and marketing teams.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills with UHNI clients.
  • Articulate communicator able to convey complex investment concepts with clarity and conviction.
  • Strong executive presence and the gravitas to represent the firm before discerning clients.
  • Sound analytical and numerical acumen to translate client objectives into investment strategies.
  • Composure, resilience and a results-oriented approach while delivering against ambitious targets.
  • A keen commercial sense for identifying value-accretive opportunities.
  • Unwavering adherence to compliance, suitability and documentation standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 5+ years in Wealth Management, Financial Planning and Investment Advisory.
  • Product expertise: Demonstrated command of multi-asset solutions – Insurance, Fixed Deposits,
  • Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and allied instruments.
  • Track record: Proven record of AUM growth, with an existing book size of at least ₹10 Cr.
