We are seeking a results-driven Events & Partnerships Manager to lead and scale offline growth channels through corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and curated brand experiences. This role focuses on driving revenue through corporate gifting, building meaningful partnerships, and executing high-impact events that enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development expertise with hands-on execution capabilities, and has a deep understanding of premium customer engagement. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening brand positioning, and creating memorable experiences that translate into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive corporate sales by developing and expanding the corporate gifting business across key segments
  • Identify, onboard, and manage corporate clients for bulk and recurring orders
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with hospitality groups, corporates, and lifestyle brands
  • Ensure partnerships deliver measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility
  • Plan and execute curated events, workshops, pop-ups, and brand showcases aligned with brand positioning
  • Create engaging customer experiences that drive brand discovery and long-term engagement
  • Capture and manage leads generated through events and partnerships using structured processes and CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into customers and drive repeat business
  • Track revenue performance, profitability, and ROI across events, partnerships, and corporate sales initiatives
  • Manage pricing strategies and margins for bulk and customized offerings
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to expand offline demand channels and improve performance
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, partnerships, events, or business development
  • Strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships and corporate engagements
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience in premium, lifestyle, hospitality, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on achieving commercial targets
  • Understanding of customer experience and brand positioning in premium segments
  • Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
