• Assisting with the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database
• Assisting with onboarding new hires and facilitating orientation sessions
• Assisting with internal HR initiatives and projects as needed
• Providing administrative support to the HR team
