We have an urgent openings for Training Coordinator / IT Recruiter

Experience : 1 to 2 years in Recruitment

Working Hours : Day Shift 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST(Work From Office)

Job Description :

1. Coordinating and supporting the end to end process of training programs
2. Setting timelines for deliverables
3. Pre & post work communication and session evaluations
4. Calling to the relavent target candidates to conduct the Online demo and regular sessions
5. Assisting with updates and revisions to training program related processes, procedures and supporting documentation
6. Available during the session and help facilitators facilitate the training content and help learners to access the functionalities in the live training session.
7. Responsible for making sure the training session runs seamlessly without any issues, and supports trainers and learners with all the technical issues
8. Must have Verbal & Communication Skills
9. Check with the trainer's availability and Participant available timings.
10. Follow up the candidates for demo's and regular sessions.
11. Coordinating with the team to reach daily or monthly targets
12. Getting relavent participants through Headhunting ex: LinkedIn, Refferals and database ect.
13. Good knowledge in Sourcing candidates from Job Portals Like Mosnster, Naukri, Sulekha, LinkedIn ect.
