About The Role

This is a pure outbound role. You will own top-of-funnel for India's largest Lending Infrastructure company, FinBox, prospecting into India's largest lenders, and LSPs mapping complex accounts across verticals and generating a qualified pipeline for AEs to close.

Key ResponsibilitiesExperience:Skills & Attributes:Education:

  • Enterprise Prospecting and Opportunity Creation
  • Research target accounts - org structure, business verticals, decision-making units, and strategic priorities.
  • Run multi-threaded personalized outreach across verticals within each account, engaging decision makers, influencers, champions, and detractors across channels.
  • Run discovery calls, generate opportunities and hand off to AEs.
  • AE & Marketing Collaboration
  • Partner closely with AEs on account strategy, stakeholder intel, and warm handoffs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run and follow up on leads generated via ABM campaigns
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, stakeholder data, and opportunity stages in HubSpot.
  • Track weekly metrics: touches, meetings set, opportunities created
  • 2–4 years in SaaS, fintech, or B2B inside sales roles.
  • Experience in fintech industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing SMB or mid-market deals.
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers in BFSI or fintech ecosystem preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Confident in outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
