Your Role- A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Their role is to understand business needs, analyze processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into clear solutions that help an organization achieve its goals.
- They gather and document requirements, evaluate business problems, recommend strategies, and support the implementation of new systems, products, or process improvements while ensuring that solutions deliver business value.
Your Profile :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create process flows, business models, and requirement specifications.
- Communicate requirements between business users and technical teams.
- Analyze data to support business decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
- Support testing and validate that solutions meet requirements.
- Assist in project planning, implementation, and change management.
- Monitor outcomes and ensure delivered solutions provide business value.
