We are looking for a seasoned Airline Delivery Partner with experience in the aviation domain who has managed and delivered airline accounts. The role requires strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership within airline operations or airline technology services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery for $15 million annually
- Own client relationships, governance, and escalations at senior levels
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance
- Drive account growth, renewals, and commercial discussions
- Manage P&L for assigned portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and support
- Experience in aviation / airline industry
- Strong knowledge of airline operations, passenger services, revenue accounting, cargo, or airline IT systems
- Preferred experience in managing projects into App development / Infra /Mobile Apps
- Demonstrated leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with global airlines preferred
