As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and resolve any technical challenges.
Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of data integration and migration techniques within cloud environments.
Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures using Microsoft Azure components.
Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to streamline data workflows.
Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting data services to ensure optimal performance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
