Production Incharge Production Engineer Shift Supervisor 2026 JD/: Job description Role & responsibilities Production & Operations/: Operate and monitor the Blanking Line to achieve daily targets. Manage processes including blanking, heat treatment, pickling, polishing, and press shop activities.
Process Execution/: Ensure proper utilization of machines and tools. Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and breakdown handling. Manpower Management/: Allocate and supervise shop/-floor manpower across shifts to ensure optimum workforce utilization.
Quality & Safety/: Ensure output meets quality specifications and coordinate with QA teams. Maintain strict adherence to safety norms, PPE usage, and 5S standards. Continuous Improvement/: Participate in Kaizens, innovations, and internal audits to build Quality Management Systems.
