We are currently seeking a GCP Lead Architect/Solution Architect for a full-time opportunity based in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will design the GCP roadmap and provide technical guidance for development teams within the commercial sector. This position requires a hands-on approach to both design and implementation across the following technical areas:

• Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Run (Services and Functions), GKE (or Kubernetes), BigTable, and PubSub (or Kafka).
• API Management: Apigee or similar API gateway frameworks.
• Development: Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on RESTful endpoints and event-driven architectures.
• Architecture: Expertise in microservices design patterns and implementation.

• Provide architectural and engineering oversight for Java Spring Boot microservices
• Drive cloud-native patterns and integration ecosystems
• Lead transformation initiatives: cloud migration, microservices adoption, platform engineering, automation
• Conduct architecture and solution assessments
• Develop innovation accelerators, reusable assets, and automation frameworks
• Promote AI-assisted engineering and productivity enablers

• Java (11/17), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• API & Microservices architecture
• Event-driven architecture
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo, Kubernetes
• Architecture blueprints and NFR-driven engineering

• Executive communication and negotiation
• Strategic storytelling and roadmap articulation
• Conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• 20–25 years in technology delivery, engineering leadership, or program management
• Proven leadership in large-scale enterprise Java programs and distributed systems
• Experience in modernization initiatives
• Managed multi-million-dollar engagements with onsite-offshore models
• Strong client-facing leadership experience in IT services

• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, or Tech domains
• Certifications (optional but beneficial):
• Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• SAFe Agilist
• Scrum Master
• PMP / PRINCE2
• Experience using GenAI for engineering productivity and delivery acceleration
