Experience - 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and expand international business across assigned territories.- Appoint, manage, and grow distributor networks in global markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate export sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new market entry.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close international deals.
- Manage key distributor and customer relationships.
- Coordinate product registrations and regulatory documentation with internal teams.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Work closely with supply chain, regulatory, finance, and production teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor export shipments, pricing strategies, and payment collections.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- 3–5 years of experience in International Business / Export Sales.
- Experience handling Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East, or other international markets.
- Proven experience in distributor appointment and management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B international sales.
- Willingness to travel internationally (30–50% travel).
- Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade processes.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharma, Healthcare, or related industries.
