Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser at our office in Delhi, India. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing merchandising tasks such as coordinating with various internal teams and vendors, ensuring that products are up to the specifications and guidelines defined by the buyers and meet the quality and quantity standards, and supporting sales efforts while keeping in mind the timelines.Additional responsibilities include assisting with marketing initiatives, tracking inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet company goals effectively.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant merchandising tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in fashion and denim is an added plus.
