About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) with hands-on exposure to Google Ads campaigns and basic digital marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate should have completed certification/training in Google Ads and be eager to build performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management

Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).

Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner.

Write compelling ad copies and optimize ad creatives.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.

Generate and analyze campaign performance reports.

Digital Marketing Support

Support SEO activities (on-page/off-page basics).

Assist in social media marketing campaigns.

Work on lead generation strategies.

Coordinate with the content and design teams for campaign creatives.

Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics.

Performance & Reporting

Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Suggest optimization strategies to improve campaign results.

Required Skills & Experience (Fresher / Entry-Level)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and take initiative in sales and business development

Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management

Ability to work independently and in a team

Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and interacting with clients

Proficiency in MS Office / basic CRM tools
