As our Junior Designer, you will translate the brilliance of fine jewellery into high-impact digital and physical assets, ensuring our brand remains at the pinnacle of the luxury market.
Your Impact- Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute luxury-first creatives for social media, high-end digital advertisements, and brand banners.
- Brand Collateral: Design sophisticated print assets, including premium catalogues, brochures, and invitations that resonate with a VIP clientele.
- Image Artistry: Perform high-end retouching and post-production on product photography to ensure every diamond and gemstone is presented with flawless brilliance.
- Event & Exhibition Design: Support our global presence by creating visual materials for international trade shows and exclusive exhibitions.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the marketing team to turn abstract campaign concepts into tangible, breathtaking visual realities.
- Production Excellence: Manage the lifecycle of physical assets by coordinating with elite printers and vendors to maintain uncompromising quality.
The Ideal Profile
We are seeking a designer who understands that in the luxury sector, details aren't just details—they are the product.- Experience: 1–2 years of professional design experience. We are also open to exceptional freshers who possess a portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated aesthetic in the luxury or lifestyle space.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
- The Plus Factor: Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or experience integrating AI-driven design tools into your workflow.
- Industry Lens: A background in Fine Jewellery, Fashion, or Premium Lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- Aesthetic Sensitivity: A deep understanding of typography, layout, and white space as it pertains to high-end branding.
- Precision: An obsessive eye for detail, specifically in photo retouching and color correction.
- Agility: The ability to stay organized and deliver excellence within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate projects and articulate design choices to stakeholders.
