About Our Client

The client is the large MNC in FMCG business and are the leaders in their category. They are looking to hire highly talented individual to handle business responsibility for North region.

Job Description
 •  Formulating long term/ short term strategic plans, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region.
 •  Exploring new markets for promoting products and conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitors to achieve market share metrics.
 •  Overseeing the plant operations and the P&L (Top Line & Bottom Line) of the region.
 •  Responsible for building culture & processes to ensure the success of the region.
 •  Overseeing and managing cross functional team members.
 •  Steering operations with a view to achieve organisational objectives and ensure profitability.
 •  Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & reach

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would be the one:

 •  15+ years of FMCG sales
 •  MBA in sales and marketing
 •  Strong presentation and communication skills
 •  Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills
