Handling Front office and all client response activities at Kanpur Branch: Attending to investor's /distributor's, accepting & time stamping of transactions post necessary scrutiny.

Handling Queries/complaints received from Investors & distributors -through calls, walk ins or emails.
Ensuring timely banking of cheques and reporting of large value transactions.
He/ She should coordinate with CAMS registrars, Back office, sales, team & any other department for effective customer delivery.
He /She should have good presentation skills to do presentations to a larger audience.
