About Our Client
Our client specializes in development and production of APIs, Polymers and Specialty Chemicals. It is a leading player and is a strategic supplier to several domestic & multinational companies.
Job Description
• Effectively using project management/milestone planning techniques to drive multiple concurrent opportunities.
• Designing and adapting analytical paradigms based on the CQAs, process control strategies and emerging industry trends.
• Interacting with stakeholders consisting of analytical, manufacturing, process development, quality, regulatory, supply chain, Work with other groups to develop time lines and effective strategies to meet the clinical supply demands.
• Carrying out research on assigned technology, concepts, technical opportunities, and materials.
• Managing equipment qualifications and/or calibrations per internal procedures and USP guidelines.
• Using experimental designs, research, and analyses to interpret data to determine feasibility/efficacy of proposed solutions.
• Adhering to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements
• Managing a team and a setting up the analytical R&D instruments in the lab from scratch
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you have a PHD with min 10 years of analtyical experience in Polymers or material science.
You have managed a team of alteast 3- 5 people and must have an understanding on broad range of analytical equipment like LC, GC, NMR, GCMS, LCMS, IR, UV.
