Essential Responsibilities:
Job Description
• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Monitor release of BOM, PRN, conversion of PR to POs as per decided timelines.
• Follow up with buyers for documents and comparison sheets for PO approvals on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Monitor and escalate constraints faced during order execution.
• Review daily issues faced during customer witness inspections.
• Attend Kick off meetings and regular project review meetings and highlight constraints/ delays.
• Monitor and drive process and productivity improvements initiatives in plant.
• Regular review of progress for decided roadmaps for current and next few years
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Liaise between various business departments and groups
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
Position Requirements:
Requirement:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good command on MS Office and power point presentation skills.
