Amazon is seeking 'Team Lead' for its Transportation team.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for management of daily shifts, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with upstream and downstream teams.
• Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
• Continuously improve the SC process and attain a sustained level of performance standard.
• Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
• Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance.
• Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
• Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Jaipur, RJ, IND- Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Experience in an operational role
