Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced area sales manager to drive sales growth within a designated geographic region. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Requirements:

 •  Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in territory sales, with a successful track record of meeting sales targets.
 •  MBA graduate.
 •  Excellent communication skills, strong sales orientation, adept at people management, and proficient in numerical analysis.
 •  Thorough understanding of SME manufacturers in the Indian market and the ability to independently drive business growth.
 •  Proficiency in SQL or similar database querying language and advanced Excel skills.
 •  Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment.
 •  Exceptional negotiation and consultative sales skills.
 •  Willingness to travel extensively throughout India.

Responsibilities :

 •  Utilize various channels including inbound/outbound emails, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
 •  Develop sales acquisition strategies, identify new opportunities, create business cases, and devise Go-To-Market plans.
 •  Own end-to-end sales processes and ensure revenue growth from new and existing customers.
 •  Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
 •  Establish a systematic approach to customer outreach and relationship management, prioritizing key customers and prospects.
 •  Represent the company at trade fairs and networking events.
 •  Develop metrics to measure ROI from client acquisitions.
