Job Description
• A strong and Known face in media fraternity : Local media ( Press / TV) should be under his control as he needs to handle media relations in a best possible way.* Develop overall communications strategy for the region in collaboration with Head Communications* Provide Input for his regional communication materials like newsletters, blogs, press releases and similar marketing materials in order to promote company's products and services.* Implement company's communication plan in order to increase brand awareness.* Develop and manage relationships with key media players + stakeholders to secure and grow media online and offline coverage.* Prepare the annual communications budget for the region and ensure its efficiently utilised* Work with marketing department and CSR team to generate new ideas and innovative strategies.* Branding strategy execution in collaboration with central Corp communication team and Marketing team* Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.* Ensure communications consistency among different stakeholders.* Prepare detailed quarterly media activity reports. * Planning the regional campaign calendar and branding initiatives aligned to the local culture and important events in local region
The Successful Applicant
Must be an experienced communication professional from Gujarat (Gujarati)
Good at stakeholder management skill, external and internal both must be required
Being extremely good at Public Relations will be added advantage
Smart, Adaptable and good collaborations skills with the departments and external stakeholders are required
Tactful and adept and should be able manage difficult issues related to the regions
