About The Role:

We're looking for rockstar sales reps with proven experience of performance in a hunting and outbound prospecting based set up. Someone who has a very disciplined approach towards selling, managing sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point of time and is a result driven professional.
A background in B2B sales of SaaS or HRTech or Insurance is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

 •  Speaking to Nova's prospective clients
 •  Understanding their unique requirements
 •  Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition
 •  Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
 •  Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
 •  Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
 •  Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
 •  Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
 •  Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities

Job Requirement :

Expertise & Qualification:

 •  Apart from over all experience, at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in to insurance broking industry is mandatory
 •  Good to have experience in fast-growing Insurance/Edtech/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startup
 •  Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline
 •  Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures
 •  Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
 •  Consistently meeting assigned sales targets
 •  Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
 •  Disciplined approach towards updating CRM
 •  Reach out for a quick turnaround.
