About Our Client
Our client is a listed textile yarn manufacturing company. With 5 manufacturing units and over 3 decades of presence the company is a renowned player in the yarn industry.
Job Description
Reporting to the director of operations you will be responsible for:
• Functions like quality, production, R&D, stores, maintenance, engineering, and factory procurement.
• Upgrading existing operational processes and bringing efficiency.
• Handling the operations and manufacturing of multiple plants
• Monitoring the daily activities at the plant including all operations and process
• Coordinating with maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Understanding design and implementation of new product lines and ensure seamless integration.
• Ensuring all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met.
• Implementing operational excellence for the processes in place at the plant
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you must be a plant head or unit head from a manufacturing industry with at least 15 years of experience.
You must have headed a team of production, quality, maintenance, stores, warehousing etc
